After working for over fifteen years in recruitment and the welfare to work industry Emma found it disheartening to watch people fail to secure interviews that she knew would be capable of the role.
Realising the issue was all to do with the composition of their CV, Emma sought to help struggling job seekers by using her experience to create an expert CV writing service, founding the CV Guru in 2016.
Being objective, Emma can create CVs, Covering letters and Personal Statements for job seekers that are designed to stand out to their dream employer.
With technology playing an increasingly important role in the shortlisting of candidates, Emma ensures all CVs are ATS compliant and provides LinkedIn updates to complement her CV writing services.

Having gained substantial knowledge and expertise in the customer service and hospitality sectors, Jen consistently goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and she is a true driving force behind customer satisfaction. Jen not only values customer feedback but actively seeks it out, enabling a continuous improvement approach to be adopted within the organisation.
In her role as Operations Manager, Jen plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the business. Her responsibilities include driving efficiencies, spearheading recruitment efforts, overseeing the talented CV writing team, and managing accounting responsibilities.
